What “no running experiences” usually means

It does not mean Burnt Pancake unpublished the place. If the game had been taken down, visits would not keep climbing and the two badges on badges would not still be awarding tens of thousands a day.

Treat the red sentence as: Roblox did not hand your client a job yet. Retry in this order.

1. Open the official experience from the Play button, not a random “choose favorite” clone in search.
2. Wait ten seconds on the loading screen. Party games often spin a new 30-player instance instead of dumping you into a ghost lobby.
3. Switch to a friend who is already in — details on play with friends. Follow is faster than the website’s server list when the list is empty.
4. Restart the Roblox client. Stale tickets after the 26 August timestamp jump are common enough to try once.
5. Confirm you are not filtered by account restrictions. This place is not marked content-restricted in the API we read.

If Play still fails, check patch notes for that day’s timestamp and official links for the Burnt Pancake group (about 7,620 members, shout still empty, no public Discord or Trello). The 30-player cap is the real queue

Max players is 30, not 200. A full instance looks “dead” on the website because Roblox hides full servers from some views. You are not missing a secret mega-lobby. Sit, draft, leave; the next instance is another 30. Friends 1v1s still share that cap. Create VIP servers remains disabled after the 26 August update, so you cannot rent a private box. Invite, follow, sit. If both of you land in different 30-player rooms, leave and follow again rather than buying VIP 99 hoping it creates a server — VIP is a gameplay pass ranked on gamepass value, not a private-server key.
